Phoca Gallery extension does not work 13 years, 3 months ago #19686

A while ago I bought the Phoca Gallery extension 2.0.1. After one of the JoomSEF upgrades (i think). It does not work anymore. Furthermore JoomSEF says that my Download extension ID is not valid. Can you please help me out?

Hello,

Have you upgraded your Phoca Gallery component? Our extension is maybe not compatible with the newest version. Thank you for your report, we'll test this.

As regards the Download ID - you say you bought it a while ago, the download ID expires after a year, so maybe it has already expired? If you post your order number (NOT the download ID), I can check it.

Ok, it is older than a year. Did not know that extension expire. Can't find the order nr anymore anyway. Should it be visible in 'my account'? I did not get a email notification of your reply by the way. Is that possible?
