Hi,
I bought JoomSEF4, installed it on Joomla 1.6.5 and inserted my JoomSEF Download ID in the configuration->registration field.
Every time i wants to update via "Upgrade From ARTIO Server" in the backend configuration i will receive the following error Message.

"Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: com_joomsef3.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (com_joomsef4.zip)"

Whats wrong with my id?

Hello,
this can be happening if your current JoomSEF 4 version is lower than 4.0.5.
In such case, you need to download the file manually and use the "upgrade from file".
With version 4.0.6 or newer this should not be happening.

actually i have got the 4.0.9
When i click on "Reinstall from ARTIO Server"

i get the same error message.

Unable to find install package.
