The JoomSEF component does not generate a title tag for our frontpage on dehner.net
Where can I set this feature?

Do you see a link to homepage in JoomSEF URLs Management?
If so, does it have the title tag defined?

if not, you should create one - go to URL Management, select "Link to homepage" and if you do not see any, click on "create link" button.

Link to homepage has "empty" SEF URL.

If you have a link to homepage defined with title entered and it still does not show, then there might be also a conflict with some other Joomla add-on, that attempts to redefine the page title.
