i have some CMS pages for example mydomain.com/collections which are unable to redirect, as cache is created here mydomain.com/var/turbocache/uk/collections.html is there a way to do correct redirect and then use cache

What do you mean "unable to redirect". The CMS pages are standardly loaded by .htaccess rules in M-Turbo. The extension .html is added only for easy saving on the disk. Each page should be loaded.

Try to "Rebuild" .htaccess by pushing the orange button on tab "Website Configuration" in the M-Turbo administration.
