Hello Support,

I have a BIG problem!!

I have bought the OpenGlobal VirtueMart Upload Custom Field plugin from OpenGlobal E-commerce to let my customers upload there Logo and/or Picture to be printed on Pies and or cakes.
The standard invoice and email from VirtueMart is adding this uploaded logo/picture correctly to the invoice/email, but the PDF invoice from you is not.

The PDF invoice is adding the logo/picture like this:

Foto/Logo upload: FTP directory.JPG
Foto/Logo upload:
/home/bakkertje/domains/bakkertje.nl/public_html/Winkel/vmfiles/upload

/virtuemart/uploads Foto/Logo upload:images/stories/virtuemart/uploads

as custom field information.

The comment from OpenGlobal E-commerce:

"The problem here is a bug in the VM Invoice component. When generating the invoice it is just displaying the information stored in the database instead of passing this information to the custom field to display it correctly."

I will attach some screenshot.

Could you please resolve this problem ASAP because my customer would like to "go live".

Here's a screen shot from your Component and the standard VM invoice.
I was not allowed to upload PDF files.

Hello,

VM Invoice is compatible only with VirtueMart not with OpenGlobal VirtueMart Upload Custom Field plugin.

Hello Support,

I do not understand what you mean,
The OpenGlobal VirtueMart Upload Custom Field plugin, is compatible with the latest Virtuemart version, because it shows the correct uploaded image in the standard VM invoice.
Your VM PDF invoice is also compatible with the latest Virtuemart version, but cannot display the uploaded image.

So is it maybe possible to to adjust your PDF invoice to let it work like the standard VM invoice?
