When I click on the PDF button in the backend a white screen opens and no download is generated. Who can help?

I had this problem too. I'm running Joomla 2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2.0.16.
Updating to VM Invoice 2.0.20 doesn't help except for a more explicit error:

"The path does not exist: /htdocs/web/tmp/VM_Fatture/mska_56126171e17373f6776432f4d312779b"

In "tmp" folder I have "VM Fatture" and not "VM_Fatture": if I change the name in "VM_Fatture" I get a white screen again.

Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

I am having exactly the same issue. I updated yesterday to VM Invoice 2.0.20. I have J2.5.8. and VM2.0.16. None of the PDF files in VM INVoice are forming. All have the same error message!

I have the PDF's working earlier before the update! Please help! This is urgent when cannot do invoices!

Hello. There were errors in 2.0.20 regarding this issue. It was fixed in 2.0.21 (if you are having already 2.0.21, try click "Reinstall" button, because there was also error in early version).
Anyway, if this error continues, go to Joomla! Global Configuration and set Error Reporting to Maximum to find more about error messaage.

Hello,

did you try to reinstall VM Invoice component and not only upgrade? If yes and still have problem, can you set error reporting to Maximum and let us know what error do you get?
