TOPIC: Invoice Prefix is not being saved

At the invoice configuration i saved a prefix but when i go to the order management it still show the 11- prefix.

What am i doing wrong?

Hello. Invoice prefix configuration affect only newly created invoices. You have to change prefix manually.

Hello Pama, thanks for your quick reply. We tested it with a new order and yes it is solved!
