when I open the list of replacement fields I see all messed up.

How can I fix?

Hello,

VM Invoice loads available fields from database table columns, but VM 2.6.6 doesn't physically delete the columns for shopper fields, just renames them with the "_DELETED_" part, so VM Invoice still loads them and displays them in the list.
Thank you for your report, we'll fix this in next version.
