Hi everyone

I have made a compete revision of VM Invoice 2.0.24, including:

A few source code enhancements, essentially aimed at a proper display
A corrected set English files (typos, missing entries, etc.)
An entirely revised set of French files, along the rules laid out on the Aide Joomla forum
A correction of default templates, so that invoices and delivery notes display correctly with all default settings.
An improved integration with VirtueMart 2.x.x Frontend
