I want to upgrade my joomla from 1.0 version to 1.5 , ive got artio installed on the old version and want to keep the urls how can i back these up ? ive only found a backup feature for the custom url's ?

You can backup the whole jos_redirection table on DB level then.
The structure stays same for latest Joomla 1.0 and 1.5 versions.

i cant download it ? page just refreshes with out doing anything
