Yes, it was a browser problem.

I've unistalled Adobe plugin and installed PDF Viewer plugin (PDF.js).
Then in Settings>Applications, I've selected the correct application for PDF documents and now it works!

If you have white PDF, it can be problem also of your logo. Please, check what type of image do you use in VirtueMart. VM Invoice with TCPDF library should work with JPEG and non-animated GIF. PNG can be problematic.
Those language files with errors are modified or original?


The image is a JPG.
Those language files are original.

Same problem here. Installed and Reinstalled v.2.22.
If I click PDF Icon a white new window is opened and anything happen.
End thi is quite new: after a new order the icon "Send invoice" is already green, but no file has been sent.



Reinstalled again.
Now it seems to work but the PDF icon button doesn't.
On mouse over the title attribute says "The PDF is cached".
The debugging point out errors in vminvoice's language files.

See <a href=" sourceforge.net/projects/tcpdf/" target="_blank">library documentaion and forum</a>.\nYou can enclose language strings by square brackets to be translated, and even specify language file which have to be loaded (e.g.[com_content:Article]).\nWhen using TinyMCE, you need to toggle editor back after editing raw HTML, else content will not be saved."

COM_VMINVOICE_WORDS_HELP="NOTE: tags with +{-words} can be used with "-words" suffix for words representation, for example {total-words}. Note that only some languages are supported."

#1 and #3 solved removing (red) dots.
#2 maybe depends on double quotes?

I had this problem too. I'm running Joomla 2.5.8 and Virtuemart 2.0.16.
Updating to VM Invoice 2.0.20 doesn't help except for a more explicit error:

"The path does not exist: /htdocs/web/tmp/VM_Fatture/mska_56126171e17373f6776432f4d312779b"

In "tmp" folder I have "VM Fatture" and not "VM_Fatture": if I change the name in "VM_Fatture" I get a white screen again.

Any help will be appreciated
