Dear Artio!

We've purchased JoomDOC 4 Pro product for our tolkien.hu site.

After installation the product is not working: we can't create folders and can't upload files.

We tried to post a new topic in the " Support Forums/JoomDOC/Customer Support" forum, but we couldn't do it. A message appeared: " Posting to this topic is only allowed for users who purchased the related product and have still free upgrades/support period active. No matching product was found under your user account. Please, purchase the product or post to another (community) forums."

What can we do to get the customer support to resolve our prominent problem?
