Thanks for the clarification. FYI, I don't have any caching enabled in Joomla, as the site is still in the development phase.

So your problem is really similar to the original one - your Save button in the toolbar doesn't work in another web browser than Opera? That's strange, as we don't have any other reports about such problem in latest version. What versions of Joomla and JoomSEF do you use, so we can check this?

I found the cause of this particular problem. Apparently CodeMirror and JoomSEF conflict.

I did install version 4.5.5 and have the same problem, can't save with firefox, chrome, ie, safari the only way that I was able to save and change the configuration was with opera... is there any solution to fix this bug?

Hi,
It's caused by incompatibility between CodeMirror editor and Joomla's tabs (which we both use on JoomSEF's Configuration page). Until the incompatibility is fixed, please use different editor in Joomla (eg. JCE).
