Blank Page instead of Default 404 on iiS

Instead of the Default JoomSEF 404 page we are getting a 'blank' page for all wrong URLs. A work around is to set the 404 Page to the (front page).

PHP built On: Windows NT BLAZEHOST1 5.2 build 3790
Database Version: 4.1.14-nt
PHP Version: 5.0.4
Web Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
WebServer to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
