Hello,
it seems like your stored configuration settings are not in alignment with the code version. Try re-saving the configuration or reinstalling the component.
I think it should help, anyway, please report, if that has no effect.

Hi. As for configuration errors, that were bugs, thanks for reporting.

Image error: that is strange, because that error is connected with PNG images generating. Are you using any other images on invoice? What happens when you turn off HTML Tidy in Page Appearance configuration? Also, did you check if cURL extension is enabled? (you can find it at Help->System Info->PHP Information).

If none of this help, you can post here HTML code generated for invoice when using debug mode.

I have the same problem. This warning is coming, when I click on the invoice. The error occurs just in some invoices.

Hello. Does the error happen on certain invoices every time or randomly on all invoices each time differently?

What happens when you try to use jpg logo format instead of png? Or disable logo at all.

Thanks for reply. It's hard to replicate that problem.

If payment type text is long = error
If i put Other Fee / Discount line -40 = error
