Can someone from Artio please get in touch, I have paid version installed in my site but it was made for me by design company so license is not on this machine/account. I have download ID and details about purchaser. I need some help on some problems I have and am willing to pay for support to remedy them.

Hello,

A have a couple of problems, firstly I would like to upgrade but get the following message:

"It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later"

Is this true or just a standard fail message?

Secondly, Since I have had the product, any bookings that are confirmed by me in admin do not show up as booked to customers viewing the calendar, therefore I am getting double bookings etc and have to reply to them all by email. I cannot get the days to appear booked no matter what I do.

Please help, I may just be being stupid
