I have the same problem, and I am trying to fix it... The support here is really below any standard. They have brought out a faulty product, buggy all over the place and don't even care to answer the support. That is really not OK. Last time that I have bought a product from those eastern european scammers.

If I find the fix for the RSS I will post here.
