Hi,

I have a paid version of Artio SEF 4.0 on a Joomla 2.5 website. I have had Artio SEF installed for 13 months now and recently the "Joomla SEF URLs by Artio" tag showed up on my website and all the paid registered benefits of the software stopped working.

I have tried re-entering the download ID and my Artio.Net user credentials, but that doesn't fix the problem.

Please help.
