Hi jitr,
The publishing dates are set to be open ended. No end date is set. Prices are set for all items as shown in the screen shot. The items show as available on the main calendars for each item, but are not showing when the Availability Search is used.

Hi,
I developed a website some months ago and the Availability Calendar is now not showing items that should be available.
This was working fine, but as her system now has multiple bookings in each month the Availability Calendar does not show the items at all. No changes have been made to the back end of the system. This is a Joomla 2.5.14 site. I did a admin check-in of the tables associated with Artio booking but this did not fix the problem. The main calendars for each items do show dates that are available and dates that are already booked, the problem only occurs when the Availability Search is used.

Ok, but then does the system also add the 12% after that or is it simply showing the tax from the total?

Right now I have prices in the Value* box without tax

Example:
Value* = 92

This should be 103.04 with 12% added in the Prices Value* field, then the system just shows what the tax is off that Value in the booking form? If so, is that the same for the Supplements as well?

I am using Gantry framework on this site. Input styling is disabled.
I'm a bit afraid to upgrade as this site is complete and was supposed to be live on the 15th of Dec,only waiting for these few problems with the booking system to go live. I see the upgrade to 2.2.3 shows quite a few fixes.
If I upgrade will I loose the info already put into the system and will it effect css styling that I have done?

I must have misunderstood your reply. Hopefully you looked at my screenshot. I have tax set in the system. I put 12% in the tax box in the booking system configuration. I selected that tax in the item price drop down menu for tax.

The return the customer gets after booking shows this:
Item price: CAD507.84 With supp.:CAD727.84
Item deposit: CAD250.00 Tax (12%):CAD77.98


The total price with supplements is CAD727.84
12 percent of 727.84 is 87.34 not 77.98.

I have the booking system set up for 3-5 nights booking for one price and 6 or more nights at a reduced price.
Works great, Unless the customer navigates away from the page for any reason, tries to book a second trailer (item) for instance. Then the calendar becomes unselctable/ unbookable and/or the colors and pricing shows up different.
Examples with screenshots:

Customer Uses "Next Month" link at bottom of calendars. Calendars become unselctable/ un bookable.

Calendars remain this way until browser cache and cookies are cleared. Screen shot shows calendars as they should be with a Grey box on the left for 3-5 day booking and a Green box on the right for 6 or more days booking.

I have the tax rate set for 12% yet it calculates at 10.7 percent.

Example of return showing in booking form :
Item price: CAD507.84 With supp.:CAD727.84
Item deposit: CAD250.00 Tax (12%):CAD77.98

Tax should be showing: CAD 87.34

We are using:

I turned off caching for the site. I'm not even sure if it's a caching problem except clearing the browser cache resets the booking system and then the calendar dates are selectable again.

What is happening is when the Availability search is used the calendars are fine, dates are selectable and able to book, but if a customer wants to book again and uses the Save and Continue option and goes back to book again the calendar dates are no longer selectable, no boxes show up in the calendars. The customer would then have to clear the browser cache to make the dates selectable again.

Also, a different problem, I have the tax set to 12%. It calculates wrong. The calculation comes out to 10.7 percent.
What would cause this to happen?
Maybe I need Artio to go in and look at these problems because the client is getting angry and this site is supposed to go live on the 15th.

Didn't work for me. I tried that exact configuration.
The field shows up in the form. But the return just comes back as:

Yes I created the fields in the Customer Fields Extra fields option. I finally got them working using a name value pair.
We wanted this:
How did you hear about us? |Text field box|

I tried many,many different configurations,nothing worked until I tried using only two words as shown below.

I wish your documentation actually said only a one or two word name/value pair would work because many of the existing marks in the template are short sentences with only one word as the mark. This does not seem to work in adding extra fields. Only one or two word matched pairs work.

Hi I added a couple of custom fields in the email templates and the return I get just shows the field tags.
I searched the forums first but don't see anything wrong in what I did.
Here are the fields:
How did you hear about us? {HOWDID}
Delivery Location {DELIVERY}

the return email I get shows:

Customer note This is a test note.

How did you hear about us? {HOWDID}

Delivery Location {DELIVERY}

Not sure what I did wrong. Do the new fields have to be between the object tags? {OBJECT} {/OBJECT}
or is there something I am just not seeing?

When I book an item as a test for a date range, the item does not show up in the availability search at all even for dates that are still available.

I believe I still have priority support as I paid extra for a year of support.

When I am using the system from the front end, I always have to clear my cache to get the booking calendar to show the select boxes for each date. It will work the first time but if I cancel the booking and then go back the select dates boxes on the calendar disappear until I clear my browser cache. Is there a setting to fix this? Most customers would not know to do this and would be unable to book as a result.
