We received excellent support from Pedu, great man, but at the end of the day the extension just wasn't going to do what we needed.

We managed to achieve that, to a degree, with Virtuemart alone.

It's worth being aware that Artio don't do refunds it seems, so if you don't get what you need you are unlikely to see your money back.

By the time you visited the site I had reinstalled the component which seems to have resolved the problem.
