No ideas from anyone?

I'm having a big problem on a live site (explorehoodcanal-dot-com).

My JoomSEF Meta Titles and Descriptions are not overwriting the auto-generated ones. I need help, pretty please?

I'm using Joomla 1.0.12 with JoomSEF 1.5.1, JoomSEO, SOBI2, JoomCal, etc.

The things that are working: friendly URLs, JoomSEO for content items

Things that are NOT working:

1. Any custom Meta information entered in JoomSEF (I have <?php checkSEFTitle();
generateSEFMeta(); mosShowHead(); ?> in my template's index.php, but it didn't fix the problem).
2. Any metatags for Section and Category
3. Title customization for SOBI2 (yes, I have the extension)
4. Front Page Title customization

I've added the php to my template's index.php, but JoomSEF is still not creating the titles I want.

Problems:

1. When I change the title in View/Edit SEF URLs, the title does not change on the page.
2. JoomSEF does not seem to work on Sections or Categories

How do I solve these problems?
