Hello, I just build my new site in Joomla 3, so I bought the Bookit 2 € 49.00 package.

I'm currently running Joomla 2.5 with Bookit 1.5.7

What I did is instead of upgrading Joomla, I just do that from scratch. as I'm using a quick start template and it would be easier for me to implement the new design. so now after installed the Bookit 2.

I want to move all the booking data to the new Joomla.

I have added all the board rooms in into the new site, as I'm using it to book boardrooms.

Please, can you guide me, please.

Hello, I'm currently running: Artio Book-IT Paid Version: 1.5.7 - with Joomla 2.5
We are happy with it,

I'm planing to upgrade our joomla to 3 but I know I need to buy the Book-it Paid new version to run on Joomla 3

My Question is: Is that possible to move all the reservations to the new version "data migration", so no body will lost his booking.

Hello, I just upgrade the artio booking to 1.6.1, and when I click on the control panel I got the following error:
Control Panel : I got the following error:

500 - An error has occurred.
DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Y-m-d H:i:s) at position 1 (-): Unexpected character

Return to Control Panel


Reservations: works fine
Bookable Items : works fine
Templates works fine
Admins works fine
Customers works fine

Configuration: i got the configuration in white page.


When I click on Control Panel I got this page

Thank you Maju,

I really like the Artio Booking 1.5.7 but my online issue was is the single notification that I'm looking for, what we have is 5 different resources for our staff to book but each of these resources belong to a different moderators, and I was looking to have that implemented in this version, but I guess you guys implemented that in the version 2, which is make it now difficult to upgrade since we have already using the Bookit 1 and I have lost of reservations till next year. and now as I read though that its no compatible with version 1 so I will not be able to transfer the reservations data to the new version.
in this case, please consider my request about having sing notification for version 1. that's will rock my life.

Hi Mach,

One of the reason to have ARTIO Booking in my organization is to have different facilities assigned to different division or persons.

I was amazed with ARTIO decision that we will not qualify to version 2 upgrade even though we have recently purchased the version 1.5.7.

Yes I'm not able to open week 1/2014 and it redirect me to the opening date the same you got but the different here is I'm not able to open it with daily, weekly and monthly calendar it's disable completely from my end

Hello,
I set the Notification - Reservation to : admin and customers,

but I got the notification only to the admin email, the customers never gets the email that says the Reservation is completed.

Hello, is that possible to do a single object notification,

for example we have 6 boardrooms in our building and 2 boardrooms in each floor, the there is a recipients in each floor and responsible for the board rooms in his floor.
is that possible to setup notification to the recipient once his floor board rooms booked to let him know there is a booking.

what i can see is there is only one notification option to all booking done in Artio.

Hello, I'm not able to upgrade the Artio Booking neither with the Upgrade From ARTIO Server from the component, and the the download and install though the Extension install.
I got some messages like unable to overwrite files .... etc
Is there is any way to upgrade it manually with out effecting the current reservation by our members.
for example which files I should delete
