VM2 latest version 2.0.18A installed and VM Invoice 2.0.20 also installed.

Still the same error... and nobody is answering since 3 month 3 weeks ago !!!!!

Why pay for a component you cannot use and inexisting support??

I also have the EU VAT ID CHECKER installed (extensions.virtuemart.net/extensions-vir...u-vat-checker-detail)
Still I have the same error and urgently need to create orders...

Hi,
I wanted to create an order but I did not because of the following "error" displaying 4 times!
Twice in the 'information bar' with a no-way sign: Model order not found.
and twice just on top of "General": File for Model order not found

Hi,

logo extension is not the issue (at least for me) it works fine with .png

The very very strange thing is that I am not able to generate ONE invoice all others have been created.
I tried clearing the cache, even changed folder permission, it does not work for that one and only invoice???
I am completely lost and don't understand...

Hi,

The problem is weird as VM Invoice sends some DN and Invoices but some show:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /tmp/VM%20Invoices/mska_d33eba11b102b149dbe44ceec8365ce2

Batch action is not possible neither.

Very very annoying as some customers are waiting their invoice urgently.

I cannot do anything about it myself and customers are angry...

Please help as quickly as possible,

The mails are sent correctly...this issue is solved with the upgrade.

I have modified the EU VAT orders from VM back-end to correct the eu vat issue.
I will wait for some more orders and check the behaviour of VM invoice regarding taxation.

Hello Jan,

1. ALL and ANY (regardless the status, also the Pending ones) orders are transferred in the invoice list and is incrementing order N° leading to wrong numbering.

2. The invoice manager is acting in a very very weird way...Just after buying the module it generated invoices without VAT but with VAT on Shipping costs??
I now have two pending orders 1 GB VAT and 1 DE VAT; both previews are generated with vat!
Virtuemart orders are also WITH vat... Virtuemart tax mode is set to EU mode. The module already generated invoices without vat, so it should be configured the right way...
Might this problem come from your EU_VAT Check then??

3. This is a common problem in this forum (opened one myself) that is really not solved yet. We can select any configuration it never does what you ask... Though I can live without it since the beginning, it is not working properly.

This component does not work properly...

VM_invoice + EU VAT check installed.

1. ALL orders are transferred in the invoice list even refunded and cancelled orders. This makes the invoice order numbers incorrect...

2. Foreign companies with VAT registration are invoiced WITH vat!! They should not!

3. Shopper does receive the mails but not the shopkeeper.

Sooo disappointed.
Can you please explain how to fix this.

the pdf is now generated after the following changes in the configuration:

- Address shown from - both if shipping is different - to - both always -.

I tried back to - Both if Shipping is different - it is NOT working

Then again to - Both always it IS working...


The problem is when selecting Address Shown : Both if shipping is different.

It seems there has been issues with the server???
customer's address received the 7 mail tests with little delay.

About the administration I was planning to try different email address for joomla and virtuemart (as they are both the same in my case).

I now upgraded to 1.4.2 and now the pdf is not created so I have to wait for that fix before testing the mailing...

Hello jan,

'Don't know why if I click reinstall from Artio server when the the progress bar is half way the browser stops and with message cannot display page...

I downloaded again desinstall-resinstall

You are right the fist warning message has disappeared.
I did not modify VM Invoice.

Error Reporting set to NONE does not fix it.

What screenshot exactly do you need?


EDIT: the delivery note is generated but not the invoice...

I first uninstalled the 1.4.1 versions then installed the 1.4.2.

When asking for pdf I get the following messages:

I have have exactly the same problem mail sent message is displayed but no mail !

I tried with all mailer info configurations (joomla,VM and VM invoice) and copy to shopkeeper.

All other mails are sent correctly joomla-virtuemart.

The customer's email address also disappear from the VM Invoice order list ???
