We are using the latest version of ARTIO JoomSEF component on the website. We see that the when we hover on the website links it shows non SEF URL. But the URL onclick is redirecting to the SEF URL page. Can you please let us know a solution to fix this issue.

We see that in JoomSEF same URL is generated for the category layout and article layout. For example the article URL is
www.example.com/what-we-do.html

And the category URL is
www.example.com/what-we-do.html

Can you please let us know how we can fix this issue.

Yes. The URLs works fine without any issue. It only throws the mentioned error in error log.

I am using JoomSEF version - 4.4.0 in Joomla version 2.5.9.

I have manually changed the URL structure for some page on my website like the one below.

Original URL: www.website.com/sample.html
Custom structured URL: www.website.com/structure/sample.html

The reason for customizing so is that I needed a custom folder structure for some kind of URLs.

The problem now is for each time when I access this URL it throws a error in error log stating below.

[Tue Mar 26 04:30:44 2013] [error] [client IP address] File does not exist: /var/www/vhosts/website.com/httpdocs/structure, referer: www.website.com/structure/sample.html

Why it is looking for "structure" folder inside httpdocs and throws File does not exist error. We have spend lot of time with many workarounds to solve this issue with no help.

Please let us know to solve this issue as soon.

We have setup the Joomla CMS so that the administrator folder is HTTPS using the setting on the Joomla configuration.

We then created the sitemap.xml through the Joomsef component and we see all the URLS on the Sitemap are HTTPS URLs.

I want the URLs on the Sitempa.xml to he http even thought Ii create the sitemap.xml through HTTPS enable administrator.

We have fixed the issue, just replace the joomla files with the latest version of joomla .

It did not record any errors in server error_log and it did not record any errors in Joomla's error.php
Can you please point us any option to display error in the screen.

We have installed artio joomsef component but we cant configure the joomsef because the joomsef configuration page (index.php?option=com_sef&controller=config&task=edit) is displaying a word "array". can you please help us to solve this issue.

We have installed JoomSef in a client website. When we try to change the settings for the extensions we get "400 Bad Request error". I have attached the error message Screenshot. Please help us fix this issue as soon as possible.

Yes, I could see the same issue,

We just launched a site which uses JoomSEF V3.2.11, We are having issues in couple of areas

1. Any extra parameter passed through JoomSEF URL, makes the site blank. We have encountered this issue in two components.
a. Virtuemart
b. Fastball

Note: I am sure that all the components which uses extra parameter will face this issue.

example of the issue url
Plain URL(correct): www.website.com/products/cup.html
Parametrized URL(Issue): www.website.com/products/cup.html?vmcchk=1

2. As mentioned above we are having problems for the "Filter" option for "Archived Articles". This worked fine without JoomSEF. With JomSEF this functionality seems to be not working.


Note: here is our JoomSEF settings
