I have been waiting 17 hours for you to deal with a paid support ticket, why is this not being dealt with?

I have deleted a few and then updated Meta Tags from the CP to check its working, but Meta Title field in Manage Meta Tags field is always empty, surely this should be taken from the menu option that derives the URL? or the link text otherwise?
