Hi, hope there is someone who can help, seeing as the support from Artio is far and few between. :(

As soon as I publish this ARTIO Booking Customer Info and assign it to a position then one of my other components start giving me errors here is a look at the errors I am getting:

Fatal error: include_once() [<a href='function.include-once'>function.include-once</a>]: Cannot redeclare class aimporter in /home/content/32/9810732/html/joomla258/modules/mod_booking_customer_info/mod_booking_customer_info.php on line 27

If I publish it to a specific position but select to not show it on any pages all is fine, as soon as I select to display it the page of the other component I get this error.

Anyone has any idea what I can do to rectify this?

I can't simulate it on our test sites. What Joomla version do you have installed?
You are also writing about other components what start to giving you errors. It means, that this error is not on every page? What components have this problem with Booking module?

We are running Joomla 2.5.9

I only get this error if I try and open any part of the BOOPRO-Tour component.
If I can get the other error sorted out and working then I can do my motorcycle booking and my tour booking through the same component, however BOOKPRO Tour is very nicely geared for tour bookings, your component is nice too but the page layout to display the tours is a bit more informative with the different tabs for different options.

Then it is probably problem of compatibility between ARTIO Booking and BookPro components. Both components use class AImporter and there is problem. You can try to solve it this way:
1. every page with BookPro - disable all modules of ARTIO Booking
2. every page with ARTIO Booking - disable all modules of BookPro
