I'm using Joomla! 3.0.2 Stable.

I did as you suggested and it said there were no language errors.

Are language files loaded as well? Joomla 3.0.2 is too old. You should upgrade but I am not saying that the old Joomla provides the problem.

Hello, I have already tried with fresh Joomla 3.0.2 without problem. Interesting is that language constants aka 'plg_bookingpayment_paypal_name' are in lower case. Has your Joomla some customisations?

It probably does have some customization. Is there anything I can change in one of the files of the booking component that would fix this? If so, please let me know which file and where in the code. Thanks!

Hello, I do not know the problem. Joomla should load localisation of plugin automatically. You can try to enter into source code this command:
JFactory::getLanguage()->load('plg_bookingpayment_paypal', JPATH_ADMINISTRATOR);

For example directly into: /components/com_booking/booking.php
If you want then we can investige the problem in one hour of paid support.
