I purchased Book IT and I put my download ID on general parameters to put validation of the software. but My booK IT doesn't want to put validation for the purcahsed software.?

Who can tell me why.?

Please check if you entered right download ID.

Hi,

When I go to General config to enter the Dowload ID, and Save and exit, I have no error msg.

If I want to check for update, ii have the following message:
- " Download ID you entered is not registered for domain of this website."

Is there any relationship.?

Are you sure that are you using component for right domain? Are using it at www.jehol-77.com?
