This is common issue for Booking component. It is solved in Booking 2 beta with Joomla 3.0, because Joomla changed functions working with dates and we use these methods in ARTIO Booking.

So only solution at the moment is to use UTC timezone, because problem is more problematic and we didn't solve it yet.
