I have looked endlessly for the language file that controls THIS page"

I need to change the dates in the drop down to be English normal

AND

The From - To

AND

The "book a full day" language

Can you please tell me specifically how and where to find those files?

by the way I DID edit the en, language file line 69 BOOK FULL DAY="Book a table,10pm"
