I'm having the same problem, I can see in the views/payment folder a paypal folder but I dont see a paypal option in my backend under payment methods? How do I use paypal?

Hello, payment method should be publish if you want to use it.

Hello... so if I have a car rental website and I want that user make the payment "offline" (example: on my company, or when rent a car) and only make a reservation (sending email confirmation).... I must only deactivate payments methods in that list?

Yes, if you don't want use online payment then deactivate every payment method.
