Is there is anyway to have the Payment Status: Paid in Full as a default, since I'm using Artio Booking only to book the boardrooms in our building and its for free for our staff use.
Is there is any way to remove all the prices objects. if not how I can have the price paid in full, or that will not effect any Reservation , since I put the price is 0

The only thing is aware me is: there is an statement in the list of reservations page:
Expiration
instant expiration for online payment

Will that mean the the reservation will be cancelled or get effected later?

if I understand, you want to have all your boardrooms free and if 1 room will be reserved then it will be also instantly "paid" and confirmed.

Booking doesn't allow this feature. But you are not first one who wants this feature in our booking system.
We plan it for next releases, but I can't say now when do we release it.

Hi, thank you, will that effect if the payment says "Unpaid" and the Status "Reserved", Will Artio cancel the reservation in later time? or the booking should be paid?
