you can modify it only in code. Find this file:
components/com_booking/assets/js/calendars.js - around line 489
There should be this row:

SqueezeBox.open("",{handler: 'iframe', size: {x: 600, y: 300 + suppements.length*20}, iframeOptions: {name: iframeName}, iframePreload: false});

You can modify it for example to:

SqueezeBox.open("",{handler: 'iframe', size: {x: 600, y: 350 + suppements.length*20}, iframeOptions: {name: iframeName}, iframePreload: false});
