In the documentation says:
Payment Methods List is available in "Extensions-Plug in Manager-bookingpayment".
But I still can not find the plugins for payment, or are these installed only in the paid version?

you are right, payment methods are available only in the paid version. Booking supports these methods: checkout, Bcash, cciDeal, Cheque, CreditCard, Eway, MoneyBookers, Paybox, Payex, Payex2, PayPal, Paytrail, SoFort, BankTransfer, Cash, Checkout, Comnpay Deltapay, Gpwebpay, Pagseguro, Paypalpdt, Payu
