Hello,

The upgrade feature of my E2 version is not working.

It says: "Could not retrieve registration information."

I already entered my registration settings and download id in the settings tab

Hello,

in some cases, this may be caused by server security settings that prevent communication with extenal servers.

Also, the is no upgrade available for VM E-Tickets so far, so it might also be a reason.

Okay,

Well my other extensions communicate with external servers just fine. I'll will wait until there an update available then.

I dont know where to place this question.
I have version 1.0.0 and I cant upgrade it!
I actually cant even get it to work for some reason..
I dont see the add to cart or even the product description pages.
Help?

Hello,

there are no upgrades for this component now, so you can't update it.
The problem, that you don't see the add to cart button and product pages can have more reasons. Probably bad configuration of VirtueMart or VMeTicket.
Please, try describe the problem more exactly (error messages, ...) or send me the URL address to you site to see, what's wrong.
