I want to know this also, i've been asking the question a couple of times via email over the last 3 weeks and have had no reply from 3 different email addresses.

Poor service at the moment.

Right! Several posts and mails on different topics are fully ignored at the moment - isn't there any activity at ARTIO? At the moment I can't recommend JoomDoc at all - 29 Euro is too much to act as a Beta-Tester - I hope that will be better soon.
