I want to see in the manage SEF URLs my home page, but I get an error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JoomSefLogger in W: \ home \ localhost \ www \ homerobot \ administrator \ components \ com_sef \ models \ logger.php on line 20

My site is running locally homerobot.com.ua (localhost/homerobot)
Please help me solve this problem.

What version of JoomSEF do you use? Have you installed this version directly or updated it from an older version? What are the exact steps you take in JoomSEF's URLs Manager before seeing this error?

1) version 3.9.5.
2) updated it from an older version, but with the downloaded file.
3) I click Manage SEF URLs, and then click Homepage URLs.
I see
