I have followed the configuration exactly; and searched thru the posts...

My issue is that any link on the menu forwards to the seo freindly url, but displays the standard front page - Home page.
the url shows the web address with the freindly page name.
for example:
Clicking on Contact us takes me to
www.website.com/contactus.html
but only shows the www.website.com index page.

Standard SEO in Joomla works fine...
I modified the .htaccess as needed...
checked rewrite base
& enabled all the items in the configuration as documented per the instructions.

Does anyone have any ideas>?

I have excactly the same problem. There was a post under www.artio.cz/en/support-forums/joomla-ex...ge-every-time/view-3 but changing the file suffix in the configuration from \".html\" to\"/\" as it was proposed there made all links becoming 404's.
