i want to ask a few questions.

Im using Joomla 1.0.13 with Virtuemart 1.0.13a and with JoomSef 2.2.8 with VirtueMart Patch 1.1.3 . I just got a little problem with generating of URLs after purge/clean cache. I purge all SEO urls and I clean cache also. Now ,all URLs are generating again. Problem is, that i got about 5-6 subcategories in VM and JoomSef is not generating URL for all these subcategories on-fly. It generates just for few first subcategories but deeper subcategories are generated after i click to this submenus - than URLs are generated without problem and workin. But im not sure it is right, because im not able to click these subcategories (about 200 categories and subcategories with about 5000 products) again and again every JoomSef configuration change resp. after purge and clean cache.

Could you please tell me, how generating of URLs works and what I can do to generate all URL automaticaly after purge/clean cache?

I'm having a similar issue. I'm testing out VM1.1 with Joomla 1.5 using Artio JoomSEF (Free version) with the VM 1.1.3 Extension.

All URLs are properly being SEF'd except subcategories. The interesting thing is, if you hover over the link it shows the properly SEF'd version of the link in the status bar of the browser, but when you click on the link, the address bar shows the non-SEF'd version.

I've tried a purge of SEF URLs but same issue. Also, I ensured that my flypage settings in the VM Ext are set to show SEF'd links for flypages.

Looking for input. (I realize that VM 1.1 is not yet a stable release for Joomla 1.5).
