i've already tried but could not , how it is actually means the input og:title, og:urlon, and og:type on Custom Meta Tags (Name anda Content)?

Create 3 Custom meta tags, set their Name fields to og:title, og:url and og:type and Content fields to whatever text Facebook expects. When you save it, the meta tags should be present in your website's HTML source code for that SEF URL.
