when I enable sef urls in joomla backend I can´t create new properties as user in frontend.

For create a new porperty url look so without sef:

/index.php?option=com_misterestate&view=agent

after I enable sef url look so:

/#

Have someone an idea what I can do for solve this problem?

Hi,
And when you click the /# link, do you get redirected anywhere? If it redirects you to homepage, try setting "Set page base href" option to "No - disable base href generation" in JoomSEF's Advanced configuration.
