I can't find any reason why a non-SEF URL would display JoomSEF's 404 page.
What's the Active handler displayed on JoomSEF's Manage Extensions page for the JReviews component?
Also try checking if there's any custom RewriteRule defined in your .htaccess file that could affect such URLs.

Everything is set so JoomSEF extension.

In htacces is Joomla core. Only a rewrite to www. prefix is includet.

This issue is generated by "&Itemid=244/" at the end of url ...
