And I'm waiting for the JOMSEF update to crawl my site properly but, before that I need to fix severals problems.

First, everyday, I've got about 50 pages of 404 logs with nosense URLs like :

/myarticle1-contact.html
/myarticle2-contact.html
or
/myarticle3-team.html
/myarticle4-team.html

(Google hate that)
It looks like the component makes a mix with other URLs, because the real URLs looks like :
/contact.html
/team.html

Do you know how can I fix this ?

Second, if I change to the parameters, I've got hundred of duplicates URLs like :
/team.html
/team-1.html
/team-2.html
...

Day after day, every URL have between 5 or 15 duplicates. I let you imagine how many URL i've got right now .

Here is the actual configuration for the content extension :

Number duplicate URLs : yes
Automatic canonical link generation : yes
Ignore multiple sources : yes
Itemid handling : global

If I set the "Number duplicate URLs" to "no", the "Duplicates" tab is full of duplicates.
and when it's set to "yes" the duplicates are just hidding behind the number URLs
I'm sure I've missed something because english is not my first language.
Hope you can help me and maybe explain me what I did wrong.

For the first problem, you should find out where are the URLs coming from. If Google picked them up somewhere, it may take some time until it reindexes your website and stops visiting them. Check if the URLs are present on your website anywhere.

For the second problem, check JoomSEF's URLs Manager and find out what is the difference in corresponding Real URLs for the duplicates, usually there's some variable being added for example by your website's template that causes JoomSEF to generate duplicate URLs. If you find out which variable causes this, you can add it to Custom non-SEF variables option in Content extension parameters.
