Your configuration seems all right, but for some reason the URL is redirected to www.edukart.com/testing/index.php instead of the SEF URL.

I've tried some other non-SEF URLs and it seems to be behaving quite strange, so please check if there's any custom rewrite rule present in your .htaccess file that would cause non-SEF URLs to be redirected to homepage.
