Try setting 101 to Ignore Itemids field in Content extension parameters on the Common tab.
You'll probably need to update or delete existing URLs for changes to take effect.

last question,

i want to integer word in my url because i have if php function on my index which search this word.

how i can integrate it in wrapper extension ?

You will need to modify the code of com_wrapper.php in /components/com_sef/sef_ext. SEF URL is constructed in the create(&$uri) function.
