Do they have a SEF URL on your website?
Make sure to clear all the caches in Joomla and JoomSEF so the SEF URLs can be recreated if they were cached somewhere.

I have cleared all cache (joomla + JoomSEF) No Entry about the 3 missing Zoo Articles. I create a menu entry with one of the missing article and the link who joomla set isn't correct. It doesn't contains the Article ID or someone else...

I have no link just an Article ID... but the Article URL got 2 IDs.
Can i give you access to the backend and you can show it?
