Backing up settings and META Informations

Hi,
how can i backup the Meta Tags (Meta Title, Meta Description, Meta Keywords)?? i can't find anything in the documentation.. :(
Should i simply make a backup from the MySQL database?

Hello,
If you use the Export function in the URLs Manager all the URLs will be exported along with their meta tags.
