you can download the component that comes without the sponsor link from our e-shop for a small fee. It has completely the same features as the free version, but the sponsor links are removed.

of course we primarily respond to our paying customers via our email support. We try to follow these forums as much as possible, but there is not always enough capacities. Anyway, the main idea of these forums is that the users are helping each other.

If you have problem that you think is a bug than it is fine if you contact us directly. Also if you have a problem that you need to solve urgently, it is okay to contact us, but in such cases we cannot offer the support for free.
