See The format in which my pages and menu is designed is :

On left of menu i have sections :

When you click on Marketing the bellow menu appears on the Right hand side of the Menu (the other half of the menu)

PLC
SWOT Analysis
5 Force Model
Generic Strategies
STP
KFA Strategies
Diamond Theory

and so on ..
I created a menu article in Sections called Articles. I expected it to be : drypen.in/featured-articles/ insted of drypen.in/featured-articles/3.html.

Why did it add this 3.html?
It seems to be due to SEF component i installed...

I am in mess my navigation is not happening properly....

please, check what is the original non SEF URL stored woth the one you mention. You will find in in the URL list; and this could give some idea why it is behaving this way. (it might be e.g. some paginating issue or so)
