Using WWW in the url doesnt work!!! 19 years, 12 months ago #156

  • Using WWW in the url doesnt work!!!
If I use WWW in my domain it will NOT work. If I use

www.mysite.com
mysite.com

it will NOT work.

It works ONLY with
mysite.com
mysite.com

Any fix for this?

Hello,

I don't really think this is problem of the component. This problem is most likely related to your DNS and web server configuration.

Best regards,
